Animal Round Pellet Feed Machine

Compared with the flat die pellet press, it has a simple structure, low power consumption, high output, and is suitable for pressing fibrous (roughage) raw materials.
The main components of the flat die pellet press are a flat steel die and a group of freely rotating rollers with grooves. The raw materials fall into the gap between the rollers from top to bottom, are pressed into the die hole by the rotating rollers, and are extruded from the bottom of the hole in a long cylindrical shape, which is cut by a cutter, with a productivity of 800-1200 kg/h.

After installation, check whether the screws in each part are loose; the tightness of the transmission belt should be moderate; adjust the balance between the two rollers and the die plate, and the gap between the rollers and the die plate is 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm.
Before work, the grinding material should be prepared in a certain proportion (usually 5 kg of grass powder, 0.8 kg of waste oil, 0.65 kg of water, 2 kg of sand), and mixed evenly, and grind with the prepared grinding material for about 30 minutes.
After confirming that the installation is correct, mix the bulk material evenly according to a certain proportion (3.5 kg of water per 100 kg of dry feed is best), add a little to the feed port first, and after the granular material is extruded, fill the feed port with the material for normal production.
