Disassembling the machine
1. Turn off the power and cut off the wires first to confirm that the machine has stopped.
2. Use tools to disassemble the feed mill pellet mill housing and pellet mill head.
3. Remove the internal parts of the feed mill pellet mill, including the pelletizing plate and template, etc.
Replace the bearing
1. Prepare the new bearing and make sure it is the same model as the original bearing.
2. Install the new bearing on the shaft, tighten it by hand first and then tighten the screws with a torque wrench to confirm whether it is properly tightened.
3. After replacing the bearing, reinstall the internal parts of the machine, including the pelletizing disc and template.
4. Reinstall the machine housing and pelletizer head.
