Equipment startup and operation management
‌ Comprehensive inspection: Before starting, check whether the motor, transmission device, chain/belt, lubrication system and other components are in good condition, and clean up the debris or accumulated materials on the surface and inside of the equipment to avoid clogging or damage to the motor.
Standard operation: Start the equipment strictly in accordance with the operation manual, prohibit overload operation, ensure stable voltage and correct motor rotation.
Raw materials and processing specifications
Raw materials management:
Mix raw materials (such as corn, soybean meal, etc.) according to scientific proportions, and control the proportion of crude fiber to improve the molding effect.
Foreign matter such as stones and iron blocks must not be mixed into the raw materials to prevent damage to the equipment or clogging the mold.

Processing requirements
Add an appropriate amount of water to improve the pellet molding rate, and adjust the formula if the proportion of grass is too high.
Avoid idling of the press wheel and grinding disc during pelleting, and continue to feed to maintain stable operation of the equipment.
Maintenance and care
Daily cleaning
Regularly clean the dust and feed residue inside and outside the equipment to prevent microbial growth and component wear.
After shutdown, the remaining material must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the residue from clogging the mold or contaminating the next batch of feed.
