Core equipment composition
Raw material pretreatment system
Includes equipment such as primary cleaning screen and cylindrical silo, which are used to clean impurities and temporarily store raw materials such as corn and soybean meal.
The water drop type grinder grinds the raw materials to a suitable particle size to improve the digestibility of feed
Batching and mixing system
The electronic batching scale accurately measures the raw material ratio, and the double-shaft paddle mixer achieves uniform mixing of raw materials and additives to reduce residue.

Pelletizing and post-processing system
The granulator squeezes the mixture into granules through high temperature and high pressure to improve palatability and storage. The cooling dryer reduces the temperature and moisture of the granules, and the grading screen screens unqualified granules
Finished product packaging system
The automatic packaging machine completes weighing, sealing and quantitative packaging.

Equipment selection suggestions
Small farms (1-5 tons per hour): equipped with ground-type granule units or simple automatic batching scales.
Medium-sized feed mills (10-20 tons per hour): use a combination of double grinders + double-shaft mixers to support liquid addition.
Large-scale production (20-50 tons): Equipped with intelligent control module and liquid spraying system to achieve fully automated production.
