Straw pelletizer has no rods: the heating temperature is too high or too low, the forming sleeve is severely worn, the propeller angle is inconsistent, and the raw material moisture content is too high. When the forming machine is working normally, the forming rod is evenly extruded from the sleeve. The rod should be black-brown, with uniform hardness, smooth surface, no cracks, smooth surface of the center hole, and smooth exhaust.

The straw pellet machine may have the following reasons: improper temperature control, excessive raw material water, propeller wear, incorrect shaft tip, blocked exhaust hole, too large or too small spiral, serious sleeve wear, etc. In this case, the above reasons should be compared one by one, and corresponding adjustments should be made after finding the cause;
