A shrimp food pellet maker is a machine specifically designed for making shrimp feed. It can press raw materials such as fish meal, shrimp meal, soybean meal, and calcium powder into small pellets with a diameter of 1-4 millimeters. The pellets have a high density and sink within 10 seconds when dropped into water. They will not disperse even after soaking for 3-5 hours. Probiotics can also be added to the feed.

A: The finished feed can be stored for 2-3 months after drying. Freshly made pellets have a high moisture content, so spread them out in a well-ventilated place to dry for 1-2 days until they are dry (a handful should not stick to your hand). Then store them in a sealed bag or plastic bucket in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture, to prevent mold growth.

Q: What are the differences between using a floating fish feed pellet machine to make feed for crayfish and prawns?
A: The main differences are in pellet size and raw materials. Use 2-4 mm pellets for crayfish, and add more cornmeal to the raw materials (low cost).
