Only when the raw materials are kept at a certain moisture, the drying and maturation function of the pellet machine can be brought into play to the extreme, and the pellet machine can discharge the material very smoothly. It is recommended that the proportion of grass powder should not exceed 50%, so that the granulation effect is better.

The mold replacement methods of different types of feed pellet machines are different. For small household pellet feed machines with ring molds, when the ring mold is aged, worn or damaged, if it is fixed by the clamp chuck, loosen the clamp chuck and replace it with a new ring mold; if it is a screw-fixed type, you must first gently vibrate the mold, and then remove the screws evenly with force, and then replace the new mold. The template is generally fixed with a reverse nut and a keyway, and there are two symmetrical screw holes near the inner hole of the template. The screws can be slowly pushed out or the old template can be pulled out evenly with a puller or a disassembly iron.

Note that during the ejection or pull-out process, the template should be gently vibrated with a hammer to prevent the screws from breaking in the hole. If the roller is worn, only the roller skin can be replaced; if the entire roller is seriously damaged, the roller set needs to be replaced. If the bearing is found to be loose or locked, the bearing should be replaced in time or the shaft should be replaced together. When replacing the mold, be careful to avoid damaging other parts of the machine.
