Hard Feed Pellet Machine

Traditional feed pellet machines are mainly divided into two categories: ring die pellet machines and flat die pellet machines. Among them, the working principle of the ring die pellet machine: the pressing die is a porous cylindrical cylinder that rotates by transmission, and there are 2 to 4 grooved free-rotating or driven self-rotating rollers (pressing rollers) in the cylinder. The raw material enters the steel die, is pressed into the working area by the rotating roller, embedded in the die hole, and extruded from the outer wall of the steel die, and cut into cylindrical particles by the cutter.

Feeding method: The ring die pellet machine adopts mechanical forced feeding, and uses centrifugal force to send the material into the pelletizing chamber at high speed. The extruded material is cut into particles of different lengths by a scraper. Its biggest disadvantage is that the pressure roller and the ring die are seriously worn due to high-speed rotation, and the feeding is uneven. The flat die pellet machine relies on the weight of the material to enter the pressing chamber vertically. The advantage is that the pressure roller and the flat die move vertically, avoiding the wear of high-speed rotation and feeding evenly.
