To improve this situation, the following measures can be taken: First, strictly control the coarseness and uniformity of the powdered raw materials, optimize the crushing process, and reduce the generation of irregular large-particle raw materials; second, ensure that all raw materials can be evenly and fully softened during the conditioning process.

Conditioning is an indispensable part of pellet feed processing. Its purpose is to make the raw materials undergo a series of physical and chemical changes under the action of moisture and heat, thereby improving the quality of pellet feed. During the conditioning process, parameters such as time, temperature and moisture content need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the raw materials can evenly and fully absorb moisture and heat, thus laying a good foundation for the subsequent granulation process.
