The 10-ton automatic batching equipment can be divided into two sections according to the production process:
The first section is filling. The filling section takes about 1-2 hours. In this section, except for the warehouse discharge machine, all equipment is in a closed state. Under the command of the central control room, different raw materials are put into different batching bins through different channels. The raw materials that need to be crushed are crushed by cleaning and iron removal, and enter different bins through the rotary distributor. The raw materials that do not need to be crushed enter different bins through the rotary distributor after cleaning.

The second section is the production section. In this section, all the equipment before the rotary distributor is stopped, and the equipment after the rotary distributor is started in order. All personnel enter the production section after the rotary distributor. Under the operation of the central control room, the ingredients are automatically batched, and then mixed, pelleted, cooled, screened, packaged, and the finished feed is made.
Corn stalks are rich in sources, with more available nutrients and chemical components, and can be used to feed ruminants. Feeding directly with corn stalks has poor palatability, low digestibility, and poor feeding effect. Therefore, some processing technologies can be used to treat it. The commonly used processing methods are mechanical, biological and chemical methods.
