The 10-ton automatic batching equipment is mainly composed of 6 sections:
1. Raw material cleaning section;
2. Crushing section;
3. Batching and mixing section;
4. Granulation and cooling section;
5. Finished product packaging section;
6. Auxiliary equipment, including steam supply equipment, dust removal equipment, liquid adding equipment and other electrical control sections.

The 10-ton automatic batching equipment can be divided into six layers, from bottom to top:
The first underground floor: The main equipment includes the tail of the elevator, the buffer bin under the crusher and the windproof screw conveyor, the buffer bin under the mixer and the scraper conveyor, the liquid adding section, and the air compressor.
The five floors above the ground are:
The first floor: The equipment mainly includes crushers and negative pressure wind equipment, mixers, coolers, and packaging scales.
The second floor: The equipment mainly includes granulators, batching scales, central control room, cone bins of batching bins, and bin discharge machines.

The third floor: mainly consists of warehouse groups, warehouses to be crushed, warehouses to be granulated, and finished product warehouses.
The fourth floor: the main equipment is the rotary distributor and chute, the observation hole and air vent of the batching warehouse.
The fifth floor: the main equipment includes the head of the bucket elevator, the round cleaning screen, the cone powder screen, the rotary grading screen, the finished product inspection screen, and the permanent magnetic cylinder.
