During the production process, extruded feed pellet machines use a high temperature of 110-130℃ to achieve a starch gelatinization rate of over 85%, turning it into small molecules that are easily broken down by the fish and shrimp's digestive systems. Protein digestibility also increases from 60% to 85%. For example, when raising tilapia, feeding them extruded feed results in a daily weight gain of 2-3 grams compared to feeding them ordinary feed, and shortens the breeding cycle from 6 months to 4.5 months.
